Pool House Plan

The existing Pool House is a one story 1550 sf building containing the pool mechanical equipment, a reception office, and men’s and women’s toilets and showers.

The proposed expansion calls for a 1300 sf second floor addition, plus a 700 sf expansion of the first floor. The new space will accommodate a multi-purpose community meeting room, an exercise room, and office space.
